A year ago today we started ttc…

I cannot believe that it…I went to my gyn to start the process since we were ready…we were married for 2 yrs, had just purchased our home and we wanted to do the natural thing and start a family…what is the saying – first comes love, next comes marriage now comes a baby in a baby carriage…well who would have thought we would be here…we new it wouldn’t be easy but we didn’t think it would this difficult…I remember my husband did not want to be aggressive and see an RE when we first started so we did clomid & timed intercourse and of course that didn’t work and now we did an IVF & working on our FET…its just so strange to see where I have come from and look towards the future…I hope that we are able to learn from our past so that we can strengthen our future!!!

I hear you. I knew I would have a difficult time getting pregnant so we tried the first comes love, then comes a baby carriage…but the baby carriage part took so long that the marriage part caught up with us. And we’re STILL working on the baby carriage part.

Hopefully at the two year mark you’ve got your baby in your arms 🙂

I always find anniversary’s the hardest, those dates that remind you of exactly how much time has passed without results really suck.

Good luck with this new cycle! My sister makes fun of how many anniversaries my husband and I celebrate — first date, engagement, wedding, etc. I just keep thinking of all the new ones we will be adding — TTC anniversary, BFP anniversary, miscarriage anniversary. All we can do is try to be as optimistic as you are.
