So now we wait…

I went for my beta this morning and now we wait to see what the beta # is…I have been taking tests everyday because I guess I am just checking to see if I am still pregnant, lol…I know I am crazy…I thought maybe this was a cruel joke and it would be negative…I am worried that my beta # will not be high enough or this will not be a viable pregnancy…I guess this is when the worrying starts and NEVER ends!!!  If my beta is positive I go back on Friday for a repeat to make sure its doubling…I will probably test tomorrow and Friday to just make sure….then I have to wait until the following Monday, October 1st for a pregnancy sono…I will be 5weeks 5days at that point and hopefully they will be able to see a heartbeat!!!  This is so nerve wracking…I think once I have both betas and they are within normal ranges I will feel more confident about this pregnancy until then I will keep taking pregnancy tests!!!

I say keep taking them! I took a test about every other day until I had my first ultrasound. I have one test left that I’m still tempted to use as well! Seeing the line get darker really helped me feel better about everything.

Yay!!!!! Sorry that I’m late on the bandwagon- been away- but I’m so thrilled for you that you’re pregnant! It puts a huge smile on my face and is very inspiring. It’s great to see that IVF worked after all you went through! Congratulations!

It’s great to see how many ladies on this blog get pregnant through IVF. It gives me so much hope.
